In order to implement the concept of corporate humanistic care and enhance team cohesion, recently, a delegation from Retek visited the families of sick employees at the hospital, presenting them with consolation gifts and sincere blessings, and conveyed the company’s concern and support for its employees and their families through practical actions.
On June 9th, I went to the hospital with the heads of the Human Resources Department and the trade union to visit Ming’s father and learn in detail about his condition and treatment progress. Nicole kindly inquired about the family’s recovery progress and living needs, urged them to rest and recuperate, and on behalf of the company, presented them with nutritional supplements, flowers and a consolation money. Ming and his family were deeply moved and repeatedly expressed their gratitude, stating that the company’s care had given them the strength to overcome difficulties.
During the visit, Nicole emphasized: “Employees are the most valuable asset of an enterprise. The company always puts the well-being of its employees first.” Whether it is difficulties in work or life, the company will do its best to offer assistance and make every employee feel the warmth of the big family. Meanwhile, he instructed Ming to arrange his time reasonably and balance work and family. The company will continue to provide necessary support.
In recent years, Retek has always adhered to the management philosophy of “people-oriented”, and implemented employee care policies through various forms such as festival greetings, assistance for those in difficulty, and health check-ups. This visitation activity further narrowed the distance between the enterprise and its employees and enhanced the sense of belonging to the team. In the future, the company will continue to improve its employee security mechanism, foster a harmonious and mutually supportive corporate culture, and unite people’s hearts for high-quality development.
