Product Introduction
This product is a compact high efficient brushed DC motor, we offer two options of magnets: Ferrite and NdFeB. If choose magnet made by NdFeB(Neodymium Ferrum Boron), it would provide much more robust power than others available motors in the market.
The rotor has skewed slots feature which greatly improve the electromagnetic noise.
By using bonded epoxy, the motor can be used in very harsh circumstances with severe vibration like suction pump and etc. in medical field.
To pass EMI and EMC testing, adding capacitors is also a good choice if needed.
It is also durable for harsh vibration working condition with S1 working duty, stainless steel shaft, and powder coating surface treatment with 1000 hours long life requirements and IP68 grade if necessary by water-proof shaft seals.
