Product introduction
LN3120D24-002 is a motor specifically designed for model aircraft and other applications. It has electrical properties such as a rated voltage of 24VDC and a KV value of 700, with an approximate no-load speed of 700 revolutions per minute (RPM) at 1V voltage. At 24V, the theoretical no-load speed reaches 16,800±10% RPM. It has also passed the ADC 600V/3mA/1Sec withstand voltage test, with an insulation class of CLASS F. Its mechanical performance is also remarkable. At a load speed of 13,000±10% RPM, it corresponds to a current of 38.9A±10% and a torque of 0.58N·m.
The vibration is ≤7m/s, the noise is ≤85dB/1m, and the backlash is controlled within 0.2-0.01mm. It has obvious advantages. The 700KV value balances power and efficiency. With a 24V power supply, the no-load current is ≤2A, and the load current is 38.9A, making it suitable for long-time flight. The CLASS F insulation can withstand temperatures up to 155°C, and the balancing putty process ensures the dynamic balance of the rotor, ensuring high reliability. The standard three-phase brushless structure is compatible with mainstream electronic speed controllers (ESC), and the appearance is clean without rust, making maintenance easy. It has a wide range of application scenarios. In model aircraft, it can be used for large 6-8 axis multi-rotor drones such as agricultural plant protection drones, capable of carrying a load of 5-10kg, and is also suitable for medium-sized fixed-wing model aircraft with a wingspan of 1.5-2.5 meters.
In the field of model vehicles and ships, it can drive remote-controlled ship models and large 1/8 or 1/5 scale remote-controlled cars. In addition, it can be used as a power source for small wind turbines or as teaching experimental equipment for mechatronics in colleges and universities. When using it, it is necessary to pay attention to matching a 24V DC power supply, doing a good job in heat dissipation design, and it is recommended to use a 12×6 inch or 13×5 inch propeller. Compared with ordinary 500KV-800KV model aircraft motors, it has a moderate KV value, balancing speed and torque, a higher withstand voltage level, better noise control, and is more suitable for medium and large model aircraft and industrial auxiliary scenarios.
