On May 19, 2025, a delegation from a well-known Spanish mechanical and electrical equipment supplier company visited Retek for a two-day business investigation and technical exchange. This visit focused on the application of small and high-efficiency motors in home appliances, ventilation equipment and the medical field. Both sides reached multiple cooperation consensuses on product customization, technological upgrading and market expansion in Europe.
Accompanied by Sean, the general manager of Retek, the Spanish client visited the company’s high-precision motor production line, automated assembly workshop and reliability testing center. The technical director of the customer highly recognized the micro motor production process of XX Motor: “Your company’s precision stamping technology and silent optimization solution in the field of small motors are impressive and fully meet the market demands of high-end European home appliances.” During this inspection, the client focused on observing the production processes of motors used in coffee machines, air purifiers and medical pumps, and highly affirmed the technical advantages of the motors in terms of energy efficiency, noise control and long-life design. At the special seminar, the Retek motor R&D team showcased the latest generation of BLDC (brushless DC) motors and high-efficiency induction motors to customers. These products are widely used in the smart home and medical equipment fields in the European market. Both sides had an in-depth discussion on key technical indicators such as “low noise, high energy efficiency, and miniaturization”, and explored customized solutions in response to the special needs of the Spanish market.
This visit has laid a solid foundation for Retek to further open up the Spanish and European markets. The company plans to establish a European technical service center within this year to respond to customer demands more quickly and provide localized support. The customer delegation invited the Retek motor team to participate in the Barcelona Electronics Show 2025 to jointly explore broader cooperation opportunities.
This inspection not only demonstrated the leading level of Chinese manufacturing in the field of precision motors, but also set a new benchmark for in-depth cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises in the high-end electromechanical market.
