This silent external rotor brushless DC motor is specially designed for three-axis stabilizer gimbals. It adopts high-performance brushless technology and features ultra-low noise, high-precision control and smooth operation. It is suitable for professional photography, film and television shooting, drone gimbals and other scenarios, ensuring the stable and smooth operation of the equipment and facilitating the shooting of jitter-free high-definition images.

With an optimized magnetic circuit design and a precisely balanced rotor, the operating noise is below 25dB, avoiding the interference of motor noise with on-site recording. The brushless and frictionless design eliminates the mechanical noise of traditional brushed motors and is suitable for the silent requirements of film and television. High-precision control, stable anti-shake, high-resolution encoder support, capable of achieving precise Angle feedback. Combined with the pan-tilt control system, it can reach a stable accuracy of ±0.01°. Low rotational speed fluctuation (<1%) ensures that the pan-tilt motor responds quickly without any jerking sensation, resulting in smoother shooting images. The external rotor structure offers a higher torque density, directly drives the gimbal shaft, reduces transmission loss, responds faster, supports heavy loads, and is compatible with professional cameras, mirrorless cameras and other devices, stably carrying a weight of 500g to 2kg.

The brushless and carbon-free brush wear design ensures a lifespan of over 10,000 hours, far exceeding that of traditional brushed motors. It adopts Japanese NSK precision bearings, which are wear-resistant and heat-resistant, and are suitable for long-term continuous operation.

Lightweight and compact structure, it uses an aviation-grade aluminum alloy shell, which is light in weight and does not affect the portability of the pan-tilt. Modular design, supporting quick installation and replacement, and compatible with mainstream three-axis stabilizer systems. Equipped with an internal temperature sensor and featuring an efficient heat dissipation structure, it does not slow down during long-term operation and is suitable for outdoor high-temperature environments.

1.What are your prices?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. Normally 1000PCS, however we also accept the custom made order with smaller quantity with higher expense.

4. What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 14 days. For mass production, the lead time is 30~45 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
