This product is a compact high efficient brushed DC motor. The magnet ingredient consists of NdFeB (Neodymium Ferrum Boron), which greatly enhances efficiency compared to other motors available in the market.

The motor adopts a skewed slots design which greatly improves electromagnetic noise. By using bonded epoxy, the motor can be used in very harsh circumstances with severe vibration such as ambulance ventilator pumps, suction pumps, and other medical field applications.

We also provide the service to add shield fabric wrapped around the motors and capacitors to ensure they fulfill high-standard working conditions meeting EMI and EMC requirements.

It is also durable for harsh vibration working conditions with S1 working duty, stainless steel shaft, and anodizing surface treatment with 1000 hours long life requirement and IP68 grade if necessary.

4. What is the average lead time?For samples, the lead time is about 14 days. For mass production, the lead time is 30–45 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales representative — in most cases we are able to accommodate your needs.
