This product is a compact high efficient brushed DC motor. We offer two options of magnets: Ferrite and NdFeB. If choose magnet made by NdFeB (Neodymium Ferrum Boron), it would provide much more robust power than others available motors in the market.

The rotor has skewed slots feature which greatly improves the electromagnetic noise.

By using bonded epoxy, the motor can be used in very harsh circumstances with severe vibration like suction pump and etc. in medical field.

To pass EMI and EMC testing, adding capacitors is also a good choice if needed.

It is also durable for harsh vibration working condition with S1 working duty, stainless steel shaft, and powder coating surface treatment with 1000 hours long life requirements and IP68 grade if necessary by water-proof shaft seals.

4. What is the average lead time?For samples, the lead time is about 14 days. For mass production, the lead time is 30~45 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. In most cases we are able to accommodate your deadline needs.
