High-Performance Brushless RC Model Aircraft Motor LN1505D24-001 from China Suppliers and Factory
This brushless motor features a rated voltage of 12VDC and supports CCW/CW bidirectional rotation (viewed from the shaft extension end). With a KV value of 2,650, it belongs to a high-speed motor category. Its electrical performance is outstanding: it can withstand an ADC 600V/3mA/1Sec withstand voltage test, has a CLASS F insulation rating, and delivers a no-load speed of 31,800±10% RPM at a maximum current of 2.0A. Under load, it maintains a speed of 28,000±10% RPM, a current of 3.4A±10%, and an output torque of 0.0103N·m. In terms of mechanical performance, the motor has a vibration level ≤7m/s², noise ≤75dB/1m (when ambient noise ≤45dB), and backlash controlled within 0.2–0.01mm. Unspecified dimensional tolerances comply with GB/T1804-2000 m-class standards, ensuring high machining precision.
The motor offers multiple advantages: tin-plating technology enhances wire oxidation resistance and conductivity; the requirement for no crossing or overlapping of three-phase wires reduces electromagnetic interference, improving operational stability; its clean appearance and rust-free design ensure durability. The high KV value, combined with precise speed control, meets the needs of high-speed flight and stable torque under load. Low vibration and noise control enhance the flying experience, while the standard voltage and interface design (e.g., 2-M2 screw holes) are compatible with mainstream model aircraft batteries and frames, facilitating debugging and maintenance.
It applies to a wide range of scenarios, including multi-rotor UAVs (such as 250–450mm wheelbase racing drones and FPV drones), small fixed-wing aircraft, and helicopters. It is suitable for racing competitions, aerial photography, educational research, and daily recreational flying for hobbyists. The motor undergoes strict tests before leaving the factory to ensure no smoke, odor, abnormal noise, or other defects during operation, guaranteeing reliable quality.

1. What are your prices? Our prices are subject to specification depending on technical requirements. We will make an offer once we clearly understand your working condition and technical requirements.
-
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. Normally 1,000 PCS; however, we also accept custom-made orders with smaller quantities at a higher expense.
-
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance, Insurance, Origin, and other export documents where required.
-
4. What is the average lead time? For samples, the lead time is about 14 days. For mass production, the lead time is 30–45 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales representative.
-
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept? You can make payment to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
-
6. What quality tests does the motor undergo before shipment?Every motor undergoes strict factory testing including withstand voltage tests (ADC 600V/3mA/1Sec), no-load and load performance verification, vibration and noise level checks, and visual inspection to ensure no smoke, odor, abnormal noise, or other defects during operation.
