Durable D78 Series Brushed DC Motor - Reliable China Suppliers & Factory for Power Tools
Production Introduction
⚡
This product is a compact high efficient brushed DC motor. The magnet ingredient consists of NdFeB (Neodymium Ferrum Boron), which greatly enhances efficiency compared to other motors available in the market.
🔧
The motor adopts a skewed slots design which greatly improves electromagnetic noise performance.
🏥
By using bonded epoxy, the motor can be used in very harsh circumstances with severe vibration such as ambulance ventilator pumps, suction pumps, and more — especially in the medical field.
🛡️
We also provide the service to add shield fabric wrapped around the motors and capacitors to ensure they fulfill high-standard working conditions meeting EMI and EMC requirements.
💧
It is also durable for harsh vibration working conditions with S1 working duty, stainless steel shaft, anodizing surface treatment, 1000 hours long life requirement, and IP68 grade if necessary.
